1958 Porsche 356 A Coupe

Good for show or drive this 356A is the ideal collector vehicle for folks who actually drive their cars. It shows well because of the fresh paint which has had 30 hours spent on it doing a cut and polish. The headliner is new.

We had the 356 marque specialist Walt McCay go over the drive train and write a report. It is completely original except for the motor: 616/36 case, barrels, and piston have been uprated to a 912 specification, it is running SOLEX 40 PII-4 carbs. All told we net an increase from 60 to 102 hp.

The car is a treat to drive and keeps up with modern traffic although with so much more style.
